1. Who is eligible to participate in the referral program?

The program is open exclusively to active, paying NexLaw subscribers who have completed at least three months of service and are in good standing (no account suspension or billing disputes).

2. What counts as a successful referral?

A referral becomes Qualified when a non-current NexLaw customer books and completes a product demonstration with our Sales Team. It becomes Successful when that referred customer becomes a paying subscriber under any monthly or annual plan (Basic or Pro).

3. What rewards do I receive for referring someone?

You'll receive 250 credits per successful referral (equivalent to approximately one month of service). You can earn up to 3 rewards per calendar year, totaling 750 credits or approximately $627 in value based on Pro plan rates.

4. When will I receive my referral credits?

Credits are issued immediately after the referred customer's first paid invoice is processed (Closed-Won status).

5. How can I use my referral credits?

Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be applied toward future NexLaw subscription invoices or product usage. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

6. Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

You can refer as many people as you'd like, but you can earn a maximum of three rewards (750 credits total) per calendar year.
