How to Use Build an Argument
1. Navigate to Build an Argument: From the NeXa sidebar, select Build an Argument.
2. Enter Your Legal Issue: Type your core claim or defense statement into the input box (e.g., “Draft an argument for a demand of outstanding payment owed for the supplied goods”).
3. Add Context: Select your Jurisdiction and upload any supporting documents.
4. Review and Refine the Argument: NeXa provides a structured argument with supporting case law and statutes.
- Anticipate Counters: The output includes optional counter-arguments to help you prepare for the opposition.
- Ask Follow-Up Questions: Refine the argument by asking follow-up questions (e.g., “What happens if there was a delay in the supply of goods?”).
