How to Use Contract Due Diligence
1. Navigate to Contract Due Diligence: From the NeXa sidebar, select Contract Due Diligence.
2. Upload Contract(s): Upload one or multiple contracts for analysis.
3. Review the Due Diligence Report: NeXa generates a report with risk-flagging, highlighted discrepancies, and AI-suggested edits. If you upload multiple contracts, it will include side-by-side comparison tables.
