How to Use Draft a Contract
1. Navigate to Draft a Contract: From the NeXa sidebar, select Draft a Contract.

2. Enter Contract Details: Describe the contract you need (e.g., “Draft a sales contract for the purchase and delivery of goods, including payment terms, delivery schedule, and liability clauses.”).
3. Set Jurisdiction: Select the governing law for the contract.

4. Generate and Refine: NeXa will generate a full draft. You can ask for modifications like, “Add a penalty clause for late delivery.” When finished, export the contract as a Word or PDF document.
