How to Use Draft a Legal Memo
1. Navigate to Document Insight: From the NeXa sidebar, select Draft a Legal Memo.
2. Input Your Legal Question: Enter the core legal issue you want the memo to address (e.g., “Draft a legal memo analyzing potential liability under negligence law when a contractor causes property damage.”).
3. Add Context: Select your Jurisdiction and upload any relevant case files.
4. Review the Memo: NeXa will generate a complete memo with sections for the issue, rule synthesis, application, and conclusion, complete with citations. Ask follow-up questions like, “Can you analyze whether contributory negligence applies?” to refine the analysis.
