How to Use Find Precedents
1. Navigate to Find Precedents: From the NeXa sidebar, select Find Precedents.
2. Enter Your Legal Issue: Upload a document containing the facts of your case. Specify the Jurisdiction.
3. Review the Precedent Report: NeXa will provide a list of top similar cases, concise summaries, and visual charts showing most-cited precedents and statutes. Click on any case to see the full judgment.
4. Refine Your Search: Use the chat to ask follow-up questions to find more specific precedents (e.g., “Show cases where courts imposed liquidated damages for late delivery?”).
