1. Log into the platform after completing email verification
2. Navigate to your name (located at the top right)  
3. Click on "Admin" from the dropdown menu
4. Click “Add Employee” to create new user accounts
5. Fill in the the details for each team member you paid for (name and email address)

As the Admin, you can modify team member details anytime through this same Admin panel.

Yes, subscriptions automatically renew based on your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date.  

To cancel your subscription, email [email protected] at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to ensure the cancellation is processed in time.  

No, the 21-day paid plan is a one-time offer.  After your 21-day period expires, your subscription will automatically transition to our Pro Plan (12-month Installment) to ensure uninterrupted access to the platform. If you don’t want to continue with the Pro Plan (12-month Installment), you must cancel your subscription before the end of the 21-day period.
