Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about AI, SaaS, MarTech, or LegalTech and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong relationships with B2B clients, and driving revenue growth across Malaysia and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telemarketing calls, schedule meetings (online/physical), and perform sales outreach.
- Present and pitch AI-powered services and solutions to prospective B2B clients.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a structured sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Identify emerging technology trends and recommend ways to integrate them into our offerings.
- Conduct product demos and consultations to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activity using CRM and report on performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in business development/sales (fresh grads with strong communication skills are welcome!).
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients at all levels.
- Knowledge of consultative selling and experience in cold calling is an advantage.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented with good time management skills.
- Passionate about AI, SaaS, MarTech, or LegalTech industries.
