As the person who made the payment, you automatically become the Admin of the account. To set up your team: 1. Log into the platform after completing email verification 2. Navigate to your name (located at the top right) 3. Click on "Admin" from the dropdown menu 4. Click “Add Employee” to create new user accounts 5. Fill in the the details for each team member you paid for (name and email address) As the Admin, you can modify team member details anytime through this same Admin panel.

Yes, subscriptions automatically renew based on your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date. To cancel your subscription, email info@nexlaw.ai at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to ensure the cancellation is processed in time.
