Build an Argument

  1. From the NeXa sidebar, select Build an Argument.

    Navigate to Build an Argument

  2. Type your core claim or defense statement into the input box (e.g., “Draft an argument for a demand of outstanding payment owed for the supplied goods”).

  3. Select your Jurisdiction and upload any supporting documents to provide additional context for your argument.

    Add jurisdiction and supporting documents

  4. NeXa provides a structured argument with supporting case law and statutes.

    • Anticipate Counters: The output includes optional counter-arguments to help you prepare for the opposition.
    • Ask Follow-Up Questions: Refine the argument by asking follow-up questions (e.g., “What happens if there was a delay in the supply of goods?”).
