NexLaw (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you connect your Google or Microsoft account.

1. Data We Access

When you grant permission to access your Google Drive, we only retrieve files that you explicitly choose to upload. We do not access your account data beyond the selected files.

2. Why We Need This Data

We use this access to allow you to import files from your cloud storage into your NexLaw Vault account. We do not access or store other files, folders, emails, or personal information.

Specifically, we:

Use the access token only to download the file you chose
Do not read or scan any other documents or metadata
Do not use your data for marketing or advertising

3. How We Protect Your Data

All file transfers are encrypted via HTTPS. Any tokens or metadata are stored securely and are never shared with third parties. You can revoke access at any time from your Google settings.
