Referral Program
Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
- The NexLaw Referral Program ("Program") is openexclusively to active, paying NexLaw subscribers who have completed at least three months of service.
- Participants must bein good standing and not under any account suspension or billing dispute.
Qualified Referrals
- A referral is deemed Qualifiedwhen a non-current NexLaw customer books and completes a product demonstration with the NexLaw Sales Team.
- A referral is deemedSuccessful when the referred customer ("Referee") becomes a paying subscriber under any monthly or annual plan (Basic or Pro).
Referrer Rewards
- Upon a Successful Referral, the referring customer ("Referrer") will receive 250 credits, equivalent to approximately one month of service based on their active plan tier.
- Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be applied toward future NexLaw subscription invoices or product usage.
- Each participant may earn a maximum ofthree rewards (750 credits) per calendar year, which is approximately USD 627 in total annual value based on the Pro plan rate.
- Credits will be issuedimmediately after the referred customer's first paid invoice (Closed-Won status).
Referee Rewards
- New customers referred to NexLaw will receive25% off their subscription for the first three months after activating a paid plan.
- The discount applies automatically to the first three invoices andcannot be combined with other promotional offers or coupons.
Reward Validation
- All referrals are subject to verification by NexLaw's Sales Operations team.
- Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form including the referee's full name, company name, andbusiness email.
- NexLaw reserves the right to delay or disqualify rewards for incomplete, unverifiable, or duplicate submissions.
Prohibited Activity
- Self-referrals, referrals of affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or current NexLaw users are strictly prohibited.
- Fraudulent, misleading, or abusive behavior will result in disqualification and potential account termination.
General Terms
- NexLaw reserves the right tomodify, suspend, or terminatethis Program at any time without prior notice.
- Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- All determinations regarding reward qualification and issuance are final and at NexLaw's sole discretion.
