This guide explains how to use the Contract Due Diligence feature to review and analyze legal agreements efficiently.

How to Use Contract Due Diligence

1. Navigate to Contract Due Diligence

   From the NeXa sidebar, select Contract Due Diligence.

   

2. Upload Contract(s)

   Upload one or multiple contracts for analysis. This allows for both individual review and side-by-side comparisons.

   

3. Review the Due Diligence Report

   NeXa generates a comprehensive report that includes:

   • Risk-Flagging: Identifies potential risks and problematic clauses.
   • Highlighted Discrepancies: Points out inconsistencies within or between documents.
   • AI-Suggested Edits: Recommends changes to improve clarity and reduce risk.

   If you upload multiple contracts, the report will include side-by-side comparison tables to easily identify differences.
